Darian Dalili has not seen his father since when Shahab traveled to Iran for a family funeral and was detained . Shahab is an Iranian citizen and a US legal permanent resident . The State Department has said that the five Americans released on house arrest and included in the deal are classified as wrongfully detained a designation that has not been given to Shahab . Darian ended his hunger strike on Tuesday out of concern for his year old fathers health because hes not giving up until I give up because he believes he only got a response because of his email about leaving his father to die . The Iranian authorities eventually charged Shahab with aiding and abetting a hostile nation the same charge given to Siamak Namazi who was arrested in and was transferred to house arrest last week . The other two Americans who have not been publicly identified have not yet been identified . Siamaks Namazi and Morad Tahbaz are three of the Americans who are now under house arrest in Iran and are now living in the country under house under house control at the time of their arrest . The US State Department says they are reviewing and assessing individual cases for wrongful detentions in a process that is ongoing as it relates to the U.S. State Department deputy spokesperson Vedant Patel says they will not discuss the specific details of individual cases who have been deemed wrongfully detentations. Siamaka Namazi, Neda Shargi, Emad Sharga and Emad . Neda and Morat Tahbas are under control. Darian and Neda. Shargas are currently under control of the State Department.
