Howell of the DC District Court must still look at Giulianis filings from Tuesday which also try to provide explanations for why he didnt search his records more thoroughly . Giuliani has reached out to a lawyer for Freeman and Moss have reached out for a lawyer . The new filing doesnt immediately resolve the case against Giuliani and Moss and Moss. has reached a lawyer to clarify the circumstances surrounding the settlement . Giuliani did not acknowledge that the statements were false but did not contest the allegations and said he did not dispute the allegations . He also refuses to concede that his statement caused damages to Moss or Freeman or Freeman .
