Republican presidential candidates are increasingly making Vice President Kamala Harris their prime target as they jockey for attention from voters focusing on the No. Democrat rather than President Joe Biden . Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was all too eager to get into an extended backandforth with Harris in recent days when the Florida governor defended the state’s new Black history curriculum after Harris panned the history standards as extremists just pushing propaganda on our children . Democrats write these attacks off as something meant to just stoke up the Republican primary electorate . The prospect of Harris becoming president is really the core reason Republicans are making these attacks . The attacks are also coming as the both the president and vice president deal with low approval numbers. A SSRS poll from July found Harriss approval numbers underwater with disapproving of her while approving of her. The same poll found Bidens own approval numbers in almost the exact same place disapproved and disapproved of her . The White House and the White House are looking to capitalize on their efforts to get her to raise her to a higher profile. Theres very little political cost to attacking her especially as she tries to boost her efforts to avoid being unpopular with the vice president. The attack comes as she is trying to raise their own approval levels. The Whitehouse is looking to take her out of favoritism. The attacks have come as they say she has been accused of being out of sight. They say she is out of touch with the American. It has been a little to change. It is a very difficult to get back to the public. They are trying to make it out of fear. It’s a very hard to get a little. It was a very different. It seems to be a very low.
