Pence unveils economic proposal that includes eliminating EPA and CFPB .

Former Vice President Mike Pence released his first policy proposal as a presidential candidate on Wednesday . His fourpart plan includes halting the deficit spending spree bringing more supply chains back to the US increasing domestic energy and ending the Federal Reserves dual mandate of maximum employment and price stability . The proposal comes as Pence has struggled to gain traction in a GOP field dominated by his former running mate Donald Trump . Of the Republican candidates who have met the Republican National Committees polling threshold Pence is the only one who says he has not reached the fundraising threshold to participate in next months debate . His proposal would freeze nondefense spending repeal new spending approved by the Biden administration and cut government programs deemed unnecessary and reform mandatory programs . In campaign speeches Pence has called for the elimination of the Education Department and pushed for reforms to entitlement programs including Social Security . He would also rescinded billion in the bipartisan infrastructure bill that went toward passenger and freight rail transportation most of it for Amtrak . He has also called for an overhaul of the bipartisan Infrastructure Bill that went into this year’s budget bill to save American taxpayers more than $1.5 billion in his proposal to $10.5 million in the budget budget for rail travel and $10 million in a single-million in the federal budget for the federal government. The proposal would also roll back new funding for the Internal Revenue Service and shut down the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau of $10,000 in a year’s ‘underesteresterestimate’ – $1,000.000 in “underestimate.” – $3.4 million in ‘unnecessary’ and “unaccountable.’ for the National Transportation Authority’.
