Texas AG sues Biden administration for cutting razor wire at the US-Mexico border .

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing the Biden administration for allegedly cutting concertina wire at the USMexico border . The Biden administration and Texas have been at odds in recent months over how to handle border security . Last month Border Patrol apprehended more than migrants crossing the US Mexico border the highest total during a one month period this year .
