Vivek Ramaswamy is running a longshot presidential primary bid against Trump whom he has promised to pardon if it comes to that. The pharmaceutical entrepreneur has never held public office but hes quick and assertive and has become a frequent guest on cable news and conservative YouTube channels. The proTrump crowd did not like former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie who has been critical of the former president. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was popular at the conference last year but has now fallen out of favor with this crowd amid his challenge to Trump according to Turning Point spokesperson Andrew Kolvet. In the second straw poll of attendees for presidential votes Trump won their straw poll in their second year of attending the conference. The third straw poll was for the Republican National Committee which was won by Mitt Romney in 2012. The fourth straw was the Libertarian Party which won by Ron Paul in 2012 and is expected to win in 2016. The fifth straw was for Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson who won the party’s presidential primary in 2012 but fell short in the second round of voting. The final straw vote was for Donald Trump who remained the clear favorite and won by a wide margin in the third round of votes. The next straw poll will take place in the fourth quarter of this year and the winner will be announced in the fifth week of February. The winner will go on to face Hillary Clinton in the Republican presidential primary on March 18. The race for the GOP nomination is expected on March 25. The Republican National Convention will be held in Tampa on March 26. The Libertarian Party convention is held on March 27. The Democratic National Convention is on March 28. The GOP convention will be on March 29. The Republicans convention is on April 14 and the Democratic convention on April 11. The RNC is on the same day. The Democrats are on the second day of the Republican convention on March 17. The republican convention is the third day of April. The Democrat convention is a week later on April 10. the Republican Convention is the fourth. The DNC is the fifth day of its annual convention and the Republican Party is the seventh. The event is held in New York City. The convention is sponsored by the conservative group Turning Point Action. The conference is held at the New York State Republican Party. The theme for this year’s conference is “The Future Is Now”. The conference runs through April 14. The first day of conference is the annual Republican convention. The second day is the Republican national convention. It is the second week of April 19. The last day is April 20. The Conservative Party of Florida is the first. The conservative party is the largest in the state and the second is the National Republican Party of the U.S. The organization is based in Fort Lauderdale. It was founded by Rick Santorum and other conservative leaders in the late 1990s. The group is called The Club for Growth. It has been in existence since the early 1990s and is based at the University of Florida and the College of St. Martin’s. It also has its headquarters in Florida.
