Yuscil Taveras a MaraLago employee who oversees the propertys surveillance cameras received a target letter from federal prosecutors after former President Donald Trump was first indicted in June on charges related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents after leaving office . New allegations against Trump that were included in a superseding indictment filed last week were based at least in part on information he provided during that interview . Trump and longtime valet Walt Nauta have pleaded not guilty to charges in the classified documents case . Unlike Trumps long-time valet Carlos De Oliveira and fellow MaraLago employees Yulley Tavera and Carlos De O’O’De Oliveira he is not currently facing charges despite having been informed he is a target in the probe . Trump’s lawyer Stan Woodward has declined to comment on the superseding Indictment as he has previously declined to say whether he is cooperating in the case.
